of Angel Cove's Persian Kittens 

By performing any transaction you agree to the sale and guarantee under our Purchase aggreement.
 

To the best of our knowledge we strive to see our kittens/cats are  in good health. 

Our Cattery is  we very very small. The cats we offer for sale are our babies that are lovingly raised and treated as special family. Most of the time we place kittens/cats in homes of our choosing.  They are born and raised to be valued companions and family members. 

All kittens come with a guarantee of health for one year.  A Vaccination record of what shots and worming go with each kitten. We also want your kitten/cat to see your Vet within 72 hours to be sure that you know your new baby is healthy and needs nothing medically. 

Sometimes kittens/cats will get a light case of Diarrhrea and a little  upper resporatory from changing homes, flying, change of water and so on. They get stressed as well and are frightened,  we also ask you please do not change their food as it can cause alot more  problems any changes to this agreement make your contract null and void and treasurrred cove is not resonsible for your kittens health. Don't let your kitten eat anything other than their own food till they get  comfortable in their new home, and do it gradually over a 4-6  week period by mixing it in  with the original food ,they are very delicate especially the miniatures it can also cause death lowers their immune system as well 

We are not responsible for any Veterinary /medical bills
We also do not want our kittens/cats to have Felv leukemia or Fip/FIV shots we do not take them back it makes your contract null and void. also no steriods.  Most of our cats/kitens are leukemia / pkd negative we also use homopathic remedys.  I was a vet tech for 8 years and have been studying homopathic remedys on Irene de Villers website on CATWELL
Nor do we want them on steriods it is deadly to the cat/kitten
All kittens flown out of State are checked by a Veterinarian for their Health Certificate before they are allowed to fly to their destination and purchaser receives said  Health Certificate with the kitten. 
We are not responsible for shipping fees of any kind. If a kitten is shipped back for any reason the buyer is responsible for the  return Ship fee and their vet bills. 

Our kittens are never to be given to a rescue group  for testing  laboratory or a shelter, SPCA. They are to respectively given a good home with family, friends or call us and we may have someone that will take the kitten. 

If adult cats are sold they are sold as is and their are no returns or refunds as well.  Please make note of this when purchasing an older cat and  if we meet you part or half way. No refunds.

We are not responsible for any accidents when Cat /Kitten is in your care whatsoever. We strive to tell you how to care for your new kitten/Cat .

Adult cats sold, we are also not responsible for their attitudes in changing homes and new familys. 
I explain to a purchaser of an adult cat that they are going to be scared and not know you so keep them confined for a couple days to 2 weeks or more till they get accustomed to their new smells and the activity of your home whatever that may be and it could take weeks some hide under the bed and growl or run please have patience. Put yourself in their place and let them settle be patient and let them get use to their new life just talk to them and let them know they are in a safe place. 
Deposits are also non refundable . 

A  detailed statement from your vet showing you took your kitten to a Vet within 72 hours after receiving your kitten, if their is a health issue if it is fixable then that is good, shot records and tests done by your vet.  We will need a detailed description from said Vet stating what that defect is and how or what test were done for it at purchasers expense.  This has to be done within the 72 hours. If the Vet says the kitten is unsound within the 72 hours then you need to call the  the breeder  immediately  at which   time  a second opinion may be requested by breeder by her vet as well. The  Vet needs to send a report pending the results of the kitten. Test results that were given and the results of tests and what makes kitten unsound.  The kitten is not to be put to sleep without breeders request. If this is not done within the 72 hours your contract with breeder is null and void. 
As  soon as a kitten  that is comperable in quality and price is  avaialable, the kitten will be replaced if needed to be. Their are no refunds only replaced by a new kitten please read carefully.

There is a spay neuter aggreement for pets only. Papers will be sent when proof from your vet showing it was done. If you do not keep the agreed contract agreement and your kitten is not taken to a vet within 72 hours,  the contract  becomes null and void on the kitten/cat . 

If ever a breach of contract attorney/court costs are purchasers. Your kittens 2nd shots need to be given  3-4 weeks apart to keep your kitten in good health.  After their first shots, shots should not be given again until 1 year of age and once every one to two years afterwards. Please do not over vaccinate as it can make your kitten immune system low. No Fel Leuk or Fip Fiv shots whatsoever we are not responsuble for them getting those shots.
 

All kittens 8-10 weeks of age receive a 3 way kitten shot. It is up to you to get them their next set of shots within 12 weeks.  This is after  your 72 hour vet visit after receiving your kitten.

Traditional size: Persian/Himalyan are 10- 20 lbs 

Toy Males: 7 - 9 lbs 
Toy Females: 6.5 - 8 lbs 
Teacup Males: 4-6.5 lbs 
Teacup Females: 3lbs - 6 lbs 

We base the size of the Kittens on the parents past litters and their size as well. We do not guarantee size/weight 

We also refuse to sell cat/kitten to anyone of our choosing. 

If a kitten were to die within a year we  of course would replace it with one of equal value of your cat/kitten, with  proof/statement from a Vet saying why it died and the reason or genetic problem only. It is not replaceable  if you did not take it to a vet within 72 hours and caused harm to the kitten and  it was not cared for properly and was neglected and did not have proper shots, care and feeding.  We also do have the right to refuse a kitten/cat for shaving it and running their resale their long fur sales the kitten/cat as it is a Persian.
If a kitten is not available right away, then as soon as one is available, it would be replaced. 

If the Vet states in a written statement saying the kitten has a non-treatable ailment or disease and why and what  proof and tests show this, Treasurrred Cove will need copies of those tests   showing the Genetic problem and tblood test in full this should be done within the 72 hours of receiving  your kitten. Sometimes a autopsy needs to be performed at your cost for proof of death to said kitten if, God for bid, it ever happens to one of our precious babies. 
If you are out of state buyer then you would still be responsible for your flight and health certificate on another kitten  all your vet bills are your responsibility. 

We are not responsible for accidents on flights while on the airplane or at the airports after they have been shipped &  while in your care. 
Persians are very expensive pets and anything can come up with them.  Just like children, they need lots of TLC, brushing, care, love, and understanding and patience. 

Let me repeat: Make sure you really want a kitten or cat prior to putting down any deposits or purchase of one of our precious babies. 

This agreement shall be construed under and in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas and all obligations of the parties created here under are performable in Tarrant County, State of Texas
